  2. Find out what types of screening practices the company provides. Ask if they perform background checks, and request the results. It is also a good idea to find out if the company performs regular drug screening on the employees. 
  3. Obtain as many references as possible from the company. Inform them that you want references from past and present clients. It is best to ask clients who had similar requirements to you.
  4. Determine what type of guarantees the company offers. If you are not happy with the work of the maid service, it is important to know if they will either redo the work or give you your money back.
  5. Ask the service provider what types of cleaning supplies or equipment is used. If you have any objection to certain cleaning products used in your home, it is best to discuss them upfront. 
Inviting a maid service into your home can be really liberating as they allow you to enjoy life a bit more knowing you home is well taken care of.
