Does Burst Training Work?

If you’ve heard or read about burst training you know the experts say it is a great way to boost your metabolism with out having to workout for hours on end.  You may be asking yourself how does burst training work if you only workout for 15-25 minutes at a time.  Burst training is really just a form of high intensity interval training, which is short burst of power moves done for a few minutes at a time followed by short rests, and typically the workouts last about 15 – 25 minutes.  The reason burst training is so effective is because the power moves elevate the metabolism, allowing your body to burn fat for hours after the workout is complete.
