It’s a three panel screen made up of 248 individual pieces of stained glass.  The overall feel is one of the soft greens of leaves and green granite colored stone and glass with highlights of yellow and a the deep red they used for the blooms.  The three panels span 40 inches and the screen stands 34 inches high.  It’s not the kind of screen that you can use when the fireplace is lit.  Stained glass will not withstand that kind of heat, but it’s a wonderful example of decorative stained glass and it has succeeded in bringing my very fashionable but rather lifeless living room to life.
